OUR PASTOR

Emmanuel United Pentecostal Church is led by Pastor Sherwin and Amy Palacpac, along with their two children, Zayne and Olivia. Happily married since May 2019, Sherwin and Amy share a deep love for God and people, and a vision to see a thriving, multiethnic, multigenerational, and multiplying church right here in Winnipeg.

Pastor Sherwin graduated with a Bachelor of Theology from Northeast Christian College. He has faithfully served in ministry for many years—first as a Youth Pastor, then as an Assistant Pastor, and now as the Lead Pastor of EUPC. His heart is to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel and to help people grow in their walk with Jesus.

Amy also holds a Bachelor of Theology from NCC. She serves as the worship leader at Emmanuel and is actively involved in various ministries within the church. She is currently a stay-at-home mother, joyfully raising and homeschooling their children while continuing to support her husband in ministry.

Together, they are passionate about building a strong church family in Winnipeg that reflects the love of Christ and reaches the community with truth, compassion, and hope.
